The Devonshire Fell is celebrating ten years since The Duchess of Devonshire masterminded its transformation from a traditional Dales hotel into an exciting and vibrant Restaurant with Rooms.
Her love of colour and rich fabrics is evident throughout in the soft furnishings and the contemporary art as well as outside. Even the hand rail on the new entrance is painted bright red. Called "Flight of Fancy" it is handmade by a local craftsman with the metalwork depicting birds on the wing.. But The Devonshire Fell hasn't sat on its laurels.
Each year over the past ten years we have redecorated, refurnished and restyled so that it is as fresh and as dynamic as when it first re-opened! If you are celebrating something special with a party as it is our 10th anniversary too we are delighted to offer you free room hire for the Dalzell Room and a complimentary aperitif for your party" Please note: Minimum numbers apply for the Dalzell Room or you can book the Conservatory Restaurant
